Beyond the Arc Gala is the Carolina Hornets premier fundraising event, celebrating the power of basketball as a platform for leadership, resilience, and community. With the theme “Honoring the Past. Celebrating the Present. Inspiring the Future.” the Gala shines a spotlight on individuals who have made an impact on women’s basketball — especially those from Charlotte — whose impact reaches from the court to the community.
Guests will enjoy an inspiring evening led by Emcee Tracy Alston and featuring keynote speaker Maya Caldwell, guest speaker Lenise Joseph, and honorees Andrea Stinson, Patricia Caldwell, Jill Dunn, and Barbara Nelson, alongside a dynamic Coach’s Corner Panel on leadership and mental health.
Proceeds directly support scholarships, elite competition access, recruiting assistance, mental health programming, and the essential resources that sustain the Carolina Hornets experience for young women athletes across the Carolinas.
